Pets are allowed, subject to the landlords agreement. There is ample street parking for cars. Please note there is no garden or land with this property. The property has mains water and electric. Electric, water and basura are to be paid separately. Internet connection is possible. Access to the property is on a part tarmac and part earth track. Just a 12 minute drive from the major market town of Huércal-Overa. The coast at San Juan de los Terreros, is approximately a 30 minute drive.
