Crossing the La Latina neighborhood in the Centro district of Madrid from the Plaza Mayor to the Puente de Toledo we find Calle Toledo, joining the Puerta de Toledo and the Glorieta de Pirámides along a radial road from the center of the Capital to the first ring road of the city. This road, approximately one kilometer long, was in the 19th century one of the main entrances to the Capital used by farmers and merchants to take their goods to the markets of La Cebada and San Miguel. This neighborhood and its streets were one of the busiest in the city and today it retains its traditional character intact and that coming and going of people that gives it so much life. We could divide Calle Toledo into two parts, the first and closest to the center concentrates a large number of bars and restaurants, small shops and craft stores and a great tourist offer that attracts numerous visitors eager to get to know this popular area of the city. The second part would be from the Puerta de Toledo to the Glorieta de Pirámides, finding the most residential side of this central street in Madrid. This bright penthouse welcomes you in a hall that leads to a small distributor from which we access the first bedroom with a bathroom opposite, following the hallway we arrive at an open-plan room where the living room and kitchen coexist, giving a great feeling of spaciousness. From this part of the house we would finally go to the master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. The house is very bright, it is completely renovated and it is located in the heart of Madrid, which gives it a plus when it comes to assessing the pros and cons of investing in this home. As an urban area of a large city, it has all the services that may be needed within reach, public and private schools, a municipal sports center, health center, markets, etc. In addition, its proximity to the gardens of the Royal Palace and the Casa de Campo allow its residents to enjoy outdoor activities in a natural environment without having to travel long distances. The area is perfectly connected by both the Madrid metro network and by city bus. As for private transport, there is a direct exit to the M-30 motorway from the Glorieta de Pirámides, allowing quick access to the outskirts of the city.
