Navacerrada is a town in the Community of Madrid located in the heart of the Sierra de Guadarrama National Park, 52 kilometers from Madrid. Its beginnings as a settlement center predate the Reconquista, when Segovian ranchers took advantage of the small plain at the foot of the mountains to establish themselves. Later, Alfonso X the Wise united the town of Manzanares el Real with 19 other towns, including Navacerrada, under the name of El Real de Manzanares. Near the town of Navacerrada, there is a mountain pass with the same name that divides the provinces of Madrid and Segovia. In the mid-20th century, with slow but steady growth, Navacerrada's main development took place. Taking advantage of both the attractiveness of its urban heritage and its natural environment, Navacerrada manages to attract both tourists and occasional visitors looking for a getaway to get to know it. With a ski resort in the Navacerrada port, winter sports lovers have a good reason to come during the winter season and also enjoy this town and its surroundings, which also have an excellent typical Castilian gastronomy. This detached house is located at the entrance to the town of Navacerrada next to its reservoir on an individual plot of 1,326 meters, on its façade is the entrance to the garage and a terrace, on the side there are some stairs to the main entrance through which we enter a hall from which we directly access a living room with fireplace, access to the terrace and also access to the large kitchen with pantry and a secondary room with a bathroom, this in turn can be used as a guest bathroom. From the entrance hall, on the right, we find another door separating the stairs leading to the upper and lower floors, where we find the garage, the boiler room, and a couple of large rooms that could be used as bedrooms, a wine cellar, a workshop, a bathroom, and a pantry. From the entrance hall, on the right, we pass through a hallway to three bedrooms. At the end of this is the master bedroom with a dressing room and en suite bathroom. To the right, a bedroom and a full bathroom, and to the left, the bedroom that connects to the kitchen. The stairs lead us to the upper floor, where there is a bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and a study area, a small loft that takes advantage of the under-roof area, and a games room with a terrace overlooking the garden. Navacerrada is less than an hour by car from Madrid and approximately an hour by bus. Several intercity buses depart from the Moncloa interchange in the western part of the city to the mountains.
